UNIVERSAL BEAT LICENSING AGREEMENT

By purchasing, downloading, leasing, or otherwise using any instrumental (“Beat”) from BumpyTheGreat.com, the purchaser (“Artist,” “Buyer,” or “Licensee”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. OWNERSHIP

All Beats remain the sole intellectual property of Amin Entertainment LLC and/or BumpyTheGreat (“Producer”) unless otherwise stated in writing.

Purchasing a lease grants limited usage rights only and does NOT transfer copyright ownership of the Beat.

2. LICENSE TYPES

The rights granted depend on the license tier purchased.

BASIC LEASE LICENSE

Rights Granted

Buyer may:

  • Record vocals over the Beat

  • Release one (1) commercial song

  • Distribute on streaming platforms

  • Perform live

  • Create one (1) music video

File Delivery

  • MP3 File

Usage Limits

  • Up to 50,000 streams

  • Up to 10,000 video views

  • Up to 3 live performances

Restrictions

  • No radio broadcasting

  • No television usage

  • No Content ID registration

  • Non-exclusive rights only

PREMIUM LEASE LICENSE

Rights Granted

Buyer may:

  • Monetize releases commercially

  • Perform publicly

  • Use Beat for online promotion and marketing

  • Upload to DSPs and streaming services

File Delivery

  • WAV + MP3

Usage Limits

  • Up to 250,000 streams

  • Up to 100,000 video views

  • Up to 10 paid live performances

Restrictions

  • Non-exclusive rights only

  • No transfer or resale permitted

  • No exclusive ownership granted

UNLIMITED LEASE LICENSE

Rights Granted

Buyer may:

  • Monetize commercially

  • Perform publicly without limitation

  • Use Beat in podcasts, social content, performances, and monetized media

  • Release unlimited audio recordings using the licensed Beat

File Delivery

  • WAV

  • MP3

  • Stems (if included)

Usage Limits

  • Unlimited streams

  • Unlimited video views

  • Unlimited performances

Restrictions

  • Producer retains ownership

  • License remains non-exclusive

  • Buyer may not resell or sublicense the Beat

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS LICENSE

Exclusive rights remove the Beat from future sales and leasing after purchase.

Buyer receives:

  • Exclusive commercial usage rights

  • Unlimited monetization rights

  • Unlimited streaming and performance rights

Producer retains:

  • Writer’s share

  • Publishing rights unless otherwise agreed in writing

Previous lease holders retain rights acquired before the exclusive purchase.

3. CREDIT REQUIREMENT

Buyer agrees to credit Producer in all commercially reasonable locations as:

“Produced by BumpyTheGreat”
or
“Prod. by Amin Entertainment LLC”

Credits should appear where applicable including:

  • Streaming metadata

  • YouTube descriptions

  • Social media captions

  • Album liner credits

4. PUBLISHING

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Producer retains fifty percent (50%) writer’s share

  • Producer retains fifty percent (50%) publisher’s share

Buyer is responsible for properly registering songs with their distributor and Performing Rights Organization.

5. CONTENT ID & COPYRIGHT CLAIMS

Buyer may NOT:

  • Register the Beat alone in YouTube Content ID systems

  • File copyright claims against Producer

  • Claim ownership of the underlying instrumental composition

Unauthorized copyright claims constitute material breach of this Agreement.

6. PROHIBITED USES

Buyer may NOT:

  • Resell the Beat

  • Transfer the license

  • Create competing sample packs

  • Use the Beat for unlawful or defamatory content

  • Mint or tokenize the Beat as an NFT without written permission

7. PAYMENT POLICY

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once files have been delivered or downloaded.

Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in immediate revocation of license rights.

8. BREACH OF AGREEMENT

Violation of any terms automatically terminates the license.

Unauthorized usage after termination may result in:

  • DMCA takedowns

  • Copyright enforcement

  • Legal action

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Producer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any Beat.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Beat from BumpyTheGreat.com, Buyer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
